BaySpo - Bayreuth Center of Sport Science currently has ten interdisciplinary working areas from sport science, economics, and engineering, including the working area "Theory and Practice of Sports and Fields of Physical Activity" besides the services it provides with University Sports.

Research

The Bayreuth Center of Sport Science has a strong focus on applications, evaluation, and basic research in sport science and sport economics. Topics that are often researched include talent development, health promotion, and doping.
